The InterCombi platform trailer has been designed to handle the challenging demands imposed by long distance transportation of heavy haulage on the road as well as the special requirements involved in moving enormous loads of plant and construction units on industrial sites.
For diverse areas of application, the InterCombi series from SCHEUERLE provides the operator with a cost-effective and reliable solution.
Self-propelled heavy duty combinations.
- The InterCombi series is also available as a self-propelled heavy load combination. Power for the hydrostatic drive, the steering and the hydraulic for lifting in the pendulum axles is supplied by a PPU (Power Pack Unit).
- The InterCombi with PPU can be easily controlled by only one man via remote control. The InterCombi combination can be manoeuvred excellently and needs considerably less space than a comparable combination including a tractor. This is an decisive advantage particularly in narrow spaces and on industrial sites. The PPU can be pivoted upwards (12°) - so ramps can easily be passed.
- In addition, the platform trailers of the InterCombi series can also be coupled with the electronically steered modular transporter SPMT 3000.
