Polar Equipment

This equipment is used to keep the transporter ready for operation and improves the start-up procedure in very cold surroundings (recommended for temperatures below -10°C / 14°F).

The SCHEUERLE polar package offers:

• Thermostatically controlled preheat devices for diesel engine coolant and fuel.
• Thermostatically controlled preheat device for hydraulic oil: additionally, a special pump circulates the oil in the tank for better heat distribution.
• Fully automatic computer controlled battery charger: the device charges up the batteries in a gentle process and keeps the optimal charging level afterwards. Thus, performance and life time of the batteries are positively influenced.
• Terminal box with connection cable.

SCHEUERLE offers specially designed equipment for extreme climatic conditions. Through, e.g. improved cooling capacity, the transporters can be operated in extremely hot deserts.
