For our HR department, we require a

HR Manager (m/f) on a part-time basis


Responsibilities:

  • Continuous review and further development of existing HR processes and HR IT systems
  • Support and supervision of HR projects
  • Ensuring efficient planning, coordination and control of projects
  • Design and implementation of personnel development tools
  • Planning and implementation of personnel development projects while taking into account corporate strategy and needs
  • Working closely with senior management, employees and works council
  • Supervision of additional HR issues

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree course (ideally with a focus on HR)
  • Relevant work experience
  • Project management expertise
  • Very good team and communication skills
  • Personal initiative and organizational talent
