HR PAYROLL MANAGER - PART TIME (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Independent payroll accounting for employees according to collective wage agreement, social insurance and labour law-related criteria
  • Statements for health insurance companies, employment offices, authorities and other bodies
  • Providing support for employees in matters of wage and salary accounting, contracts and insurance matters (direct insurance, etc.)
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies and tax authorities
  • Creation and maintaining of personnel files, ensuring all documents are complete and archiving
  • Supervision of employees involved in projects in the area of HR
  • Time registration maintenance
  • Creation of personnel evaluations, reports and statistics
  • Further development and optimization of processes in the HR Department
  • Appointment monitoring
  • Co-responsibility for payroll-related company audits

    Prerequisites:

    • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with corresponding training as HR manager
    • Several years of experience in payroll accounting
    • Sound system knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience in SAP R/3
    • Conscientious, structured and independent working method
    • Sound knowledge of income tax and social insurance law
    • Knowledge of the metal industry collective wage agreement (ERA) is an advantage
