Mechatronics Technician

Apprenticeship

  • Training period: 3.5 years
  • Comprehensive basic training in the apprenticeship workshop in the first year of training
  • Becoming acquainted with all training-relevant departments in order to deepen and expand the newly acquired skills and knowledge of the basic training
  • Includes several weeks of intensive exam preparation before the final exams
  • Shortening the training period by six months possible if the trainee performs particularly well at college and at work

You should have the following

  • Secondary school certificate with good grades in mathematics, German, English, physics and, if possible, a technical subject
  • An interest in technology, electrics and electronics, skilled craftsmanship
  • Capacity for teamwork, motivation and the ability to work independently
